* Returns
At Delissa's store, our focus and mission are to offer high quality and very well known name brands to our customers at affordable prices. Therefore due to our low margin TFH cannot take any returns after furniture has been delivered, assembled in good condition at the customer’s house, and signed for by the customer. We do encourage you to inspect your furniture and notify us immediately of any damages so we can replace or fix as soon as possible.

* Cancellation
Delissa's store strives to make consumer 100% satisfied with their purchase. Customers can cancel orders ONLY on stock items within 48 hours of purchase prior to delivery day. Orders cannot be canceled after
have been loaded on the delivery truck or delivered and signed for.
Delissa's store does not offer cash back, however customers will receive
in store credit on canceled orders. Special orders and Clearance Items cannot be cancelled. For details on any of our policies, please contact Delissa's store at (281) 205-9081.

* Damaged Merchandise
At Delissa's store we take great pride on the quality and standards of our product. We carefully inspect each product prior to delivery. We do recommend that customers inspect their furniture upon delivery or pick up. In case of any damages please notify the store the same day you receive your furniture.
